Saturday 1st 

We woke up early because today we were going skiing! First, we dropped off Lenja’s two younger siblings at the bus, since they were taking part in a ski race. That’s actually the reason why we went to the specific ski resort we chose, it was in Austria. It’s not the biggest one, but I thought it was really nice. 

I had a great time skiing, and the weather was amazing. We also had lunch there, and I tried a pink drink that they usually have when they go skiing, it was something typical and fun to try. 
We also watched the race before heading back home. To end the day, we all watched a movie together.

Friday 28th   Today was my last day in Germany . I spent the day packing my suitcase and organizing my things , and als o keeping Lenja company while she packed hers .   Later , we had dinner all together and I said goodbye to her little siblings since I won’t see them tomorrow .   After that , Lenja , her mum , and I watched a movie together .   Tomorrow, we have to wake up early because we need to be at the airport well in advance, there’s been a strike lately and many flights have been postponed to tomorrow, so it’ll probably be very crowded.   Saturday 1st   Today we woke up very early , grabbed our luggage and headed to the airport .   There , we checked in and said goodbye to Lenja’s parents .   We went through security and caught our flight .   And just like that , this amazing experience came to an end , an experience I will always remember fondly . ...

Tuesday 25th   Today after school , Cristina, Luna, Jimena, Filippa , one of her friends , and I went to a trampoline park . Lenja couldn’t come because she had handball practice .   It was a bit far and we had to change trains, but we still had an amazing time, we ended up super tired !   After that , we took the trains back home.   Wednesday 26th   There are only a few days left of my time in Germany, so this afternoon I met up with Helen, my exchange student from last year.   We met in her town, went for a walk, and had something to eat . It made me really happy to see her again , but at the same time, I feel sad knowing I’ll be leaving soon .   Afterwards , I took the train and buses back home.   Thursday 27th   Yesterday I said goodbye to Helen, and today it was time to say goodbye to my cousin .   After lunch, I took the bus and train to Munich , where I walked ar...

Monday 10th   Today I wanted to cook something typical from Spain, and I decided to make tortilla de p atata because I think i t’s one of the most traditional dishes from Spain.   At my home, we always eat it with pisto manchego because my mom is from Castilla la Mancha, so I also decided to make that, even though I had never made it before! I think it turned out pretty well .   We were also really proud of the tortilla, since it was the biggest one I had ever made . We even had to flip it between two people ! I think everyone really liked the dinner , and we had a lot of fun cooking it together .
